It's all things music for the music lovers, passion people, and gritty go getters of the world.

THMCO offers a wide variety of music resources;

private music lessons and classes, live music entertainment services for any occasion, musician and teacher mentoring, speaking services, customized learning games and tools, handmade art and music themed gifts, merchandise, clothing, and more.

Tailored Harmonies Music Co. knows the power of music and strives to do good in the community by sharing it through education, performance, and service.

F O U N D E R

Taylor DeRousse is the owner and head teacher at Tailored Harmonies Music Co. She is a musician, teacher, performer, and writer born and raised in the metro Detroit area. She is the founder of Tailored Harmonies Music Co.

As a solo business woman, she runs all parts of the company and is in charge of the education, live music services, community programming, and art and merchandise.

DeRousse holds a BA in Music with an emphasis in Piano Performance from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI. She has been teaching since 2014. She has a variety of teaching experience from being a private music instructor, studio music teacher, group class instructor, middle school art & music teacher, theatre vocal coach, and collegiate music tutor. She loves teaching all ages and has worked with students from 2-70+.

As a performer, DeRousse's main instruments are piano, guitar, and voice. She also plays the ukulele, violin, mandolin, and bass guitar.

DeRousse's solo performing style is Indie Rock Singer Songwriter.
